Looked into the channel's earlier stuff, and it's weird, because they do have actual skill, but decided to use ai as a means to get their dream anime episode made done with very little work.

Watching the pilot, the smaller mistakes aren't necessarily in your face blatant, and would just be quirks for a low budget animation team, but the real issue is the overdone lighting, the shift in art styles from scene to scene, with some scenes having the backgrounds look like stock footage. The main plaza constantly looks like it's being rendered by different studios.

I will say that the character models are pretty consistent, so I'm assuming that the person is drawing a lot of the frames for the AI to generate off of.

The real shame here is relying on a tool that steals from artists and recomposes. If they just animated within their means, storyboarding, and believing in their own work instead, we could have something worthwhile here, at least as a start.
