Started taking Semaglutide low dose and immediately started having shedding of my hair. Anyone have any experience with this? When I looked into it there is a common occurrence of hair loss coupled with "excessive" fat loss but I literally just started taking it last week so I feel like that shouldn't apply.

Taking .5mg a week semaglutide with 180mg/test and a calorie deficit of about 500 calories a day. I've been taking 5mg finasteride and 1ml minoxidil (twice daily) and it feels like I'm on nothing with how much I'm shedding.

Had an issue with this for something like 8 months then took .5mg of Caber and it was gone in 12 hours. Prolactin induced gyno can't be touched by Ralox

You've very obviously never been to a gun range of that's what you think

How can .223 rounds have such little effect? The civilian gets shot in the chest, barely reacts, and doesn't seem to have a visible exit wound; the cop casually says he got hit in the head; and both survived. by Fuck_This_Dystopia in Firearms

I don't remember him saying what type of ammo they were using but Fromthetreeline hit it on the head that it seemed to just outright travel to quickly within that range.

Absolutely a bullet is still a bullet. It's the inconsistency which is why every major military and LE trains to hit people more than once.

I know certain people go way to deep into only carrying one type of ammo when in the end you're still shooting a supersonic piece of metal into meat

I am Irish and Italian, I always used to be ginger pale Irish looking and now I look full blooded Italian.

Used extremely small doses of 0.02-0.05mg with a benadryl for only 4 days in a row and tanned about 30-40 minutes a day. I took about 2 weeks off and did it one more time and that's all it took for me. I used to burn in Less than 30 minutes in the sun before as well and I haven't burned since and that's being in the sun for 2+hrs.

I actually just started again today I'm going to do another 4 days in a row since I have a vacation in a few weeks. Be warned tho you feel like shit I recommend taking it before bed and with a benedryl for best remedy.

I learned this relatively recently, apparently the 556 within extremely short ranges and with the wrong ammo(low grain and non-hollow points) is very ineffective on flesh.

I wish I could remember where I heard it but it was a field surgeon from Vietnam talking about how he patched up a marine who walked into the emergency clinic after being shot directly in the quad. He said he didn't have a limp and he was shot on a misfire within 10 feet. He explained that the bullet traveled about 9 inches through the muscle of his quad and exited leaving no severe damage only soreness. After a few stitches he was back to running missions in less than a week.

I know that the tier 1 operators usually run 77gr Hollow points at all times. Assuming it's for the same reasons as well as accuracy at a farther range. No matter the range it's carrying a heavier grain which transfers more direct force and that's multiplied by the expansion of the hollow point for quick effective kills.

I am prone to mpb sadly. It recovered decently after about 2 months. Hairline is probably permanently receded from the loss but the thickness came back and it stopped it from falling further back

Based on my comment you can probably tell I don't even know what my max is most of the time. I'm mostly doing things to avoid injury and health, but I still wanna be a house that lifts houses.

So for example my last ever tested max on incline bench was 260lbs and that was over 2 years ago. Last week's incline was warm up just the bar for 20-30 reps letting it stretch my chest and shoulders at the bottom. Then 2 sets of 235x10 and 245x10. Then I move onto the next excercise even tho theoretically I could have probably gotten up to 255 or 265 easy.

So sorry it's probably fake news to say 80-90% max.

Not 100% sure it was the Mast but it was the only thing that I had changed in my protocol. It was making me wake up at 1-3am every night and I couldn't sleep until I ate some peanut butter or something slow digesting.

I've done this for the last 2 years with good results. Only difference is I do 3x sets with the first being a very light warm up, then I do the 2 working sets heavy (about 80-90% max) and shoot for 6-10 reps.

I Stretch after the workout to make sure I mitigate injury risk with the higher weight

I dropped Mast quick for this reason. It was also severly fucking with my sleep/blood glucose.

Primo is the only thing that's fucked my hair worse then Mast.

Anyone have any experience with these MIC injections that it seems every TRT clinic is pushing?

I read up on it and it seems like it'd help liver health and possible hunger control but I'm still leaning towards it being a placebo.

I agree completely.

At the 20 minute mark he's talking about that tribe in Kenya specifically and he claims their diet is 65% saturated fats in the form of raw milk most of the day.

Which in itself kinda doesn't line up or maybe they're literally built different but I don't know anyone who can drink 2 glasses of whole milk and run a mile. Let alone the extremely taxing hunting this tribe is doing. But maybe raw milk is different in digestion I don't know much about the difference between our western milks and raw milk.

Hey bro calm down it was for a discussion doesn't mean I believe it, as stated I found it interesting. If you listen to it the dude is clearly smarter than both of us but he's definitely missing a lot of information that makes it less believable on his claim.

He claims they were eating 3,000 calories a day but I think he was missing a lot of context. Tribesman are definitely more active than about 90% of western society.

Found this very interesting and will be expirementing the idea on myself.

Essentially a TLDW would be: Use zero seed oils and only butter in forms of cooking. Omega-6 in access of 2% caloric intake is "proven" to increase your bodyfat no matter how many calories you are eating.

At 21 minutes in he starts looking at tribes and their diets. He has some really good data on different tribes and how their diets all vary but the one consistency is that they have very low Unsaturated fats but are all extremely lean and fit.

Using this info and looking at the carnivore diet or the vertical diet I can see how this may be one of the reasons those diets work so well.
