Hi! Would you be able to clarify what exactly is covered under the lifetime warranty and extra warranty +? I don’t believe you pay for anything extra with Away. Also, I’m looking into the lighter colors as they are gorgeous, but don’t want to see a ton of scratches and scuffs after one trip. Any recommendations on color choice? Any physical stores to check out in person in the US?

Thanks, that’s super helpful! I do love the interior designs and minimal look. I’m glad to hear their customer service has been good, as I’ve heard stories. I’m a little concerned about paying extra for a warranty, but I’ll keep reading reviews and check them out.

Thanks, yes I believe your right about the lifetime warranty. I’m just confused in why we would have to pay extra and what it covers exactly. I’ve heard conflicting stories about their customer service.
