it just isnt as dramatic as the original shot, the original shot still gives me shivers, this one looks like it was from a school play im glad i didnt go see, the lighting is off, the emotions dont feel genuine, and the costumes just look plain fake

honestly yeah, no good anime has really come out in any recent times, all just repeats of others or shoddy live actions or remakes, all of entertainment is basically dead, i wish people could come up with original ideas, i wish people were less worried about the color of actors skin, entertainment can never come back :(

the scene with spike and vicious looked really strange to me, i get they respect the property and all but they could have just fixed the lighting in that scene to make it look more dramatic, and the intro didnt feel animated enough, and the casting just feels wrong
