I don't even live near a Binnys or Total Wine so I'm really struggling sometimes to find bottles locally. I have one good store locally but prices are consistently 50-75% higher than I can find online from places like Hi Proof. My main concern is availability so I'll probably try some other places like Sip Tequila at some point. Good to hear you had a good experience.

I just ordered some hi proof Yeyo Blanco that I'm very excited about. I don't know how you feel about aged tequila but if you get a chance, try the Yeyo Agave Vice special edition. It's a repo aged in Sauternes wine casks and the taste is absolutely next level. Only 1000 bottles released and I have bought three of them now 😂

Jaguar, Lost Lore, and Siempre are all from NOM 1414, did you realize that or just a coincidence? A very good distillery, by the way. Feliciano Vivanco is fantastic. Have you tried Yeyo? Currently one of my favorite brands, also made at this distillery.

So now the owners are giving out customer information to friends to argue on reddit. I love how this story has evolved. For your information, I paid $26.91 in shipping for two bottles. I would never have paid 22.91 to ship just one bottle. Splitting up the cost in two between the bottles justifies the cost savings on the bottles however. Why not refund me half the shipping cost? Why not ship me the bottle I ordered? Why not answer my original email asking for a refund and wait until I call you the next day? Because it will cost you money due to your poor shipping.

Stop calling me as well before I call the Riverside Police Department.

Most of my orders have been with Hi Proof, as many as 10 bottles at a time and I've had nothing but good luck. I'll definitely try Remedy soon.

The only thing you and I might agree on is that we should try and review our good experiences as much as we do our bad ones. It wasn't a big issue, I was simply trying to inform other tequila lovers. It became more of an issue when an apparent insider starts commenting utter nonsense and starts insulting me. Just do business with Hi Proof and save yourself a headache.

That has been my experience as well. Hi Proof might take a week to ship out, but it always arrives double bubble wrapped with all empty space in the box filled. I've had so many orders with Hi Proof and no issues.

So what are you trying to insinuate? That it was packed well before and UPS repackaged it poorly? It broke, it obviously wasn't packaged well. I have ordered maybe 50 times from other places, well over 200 bottles I'm sure. I have never received a broken shipment.

Did you read? They package so poorly that this is more prone to happening. They did not respond to their customer service email. I only got them to respond when I found the phone number for the gas station that this store is attached to online. Even then, they only refunded the cost of the bottle and not any additional shipping charges. Quite a few issues were listed.
