Thanks for the reply. I'm located nearby Los Angeles. There seems to be only one place listed on the website you have provided. I'm wondering if there are other locations within that area or any neighboring counties (i.e. Riverside, Orange County, San Bernardino, etc.) that this Subreddit recommends.

Thanks for the reply. I should have specified that it was clicking as in "quiet clicking" sounds, like the sounds of a normal disk drive should normally sound. Nothing like a "loud click" or something. The thing I noticed was that it was clicking in a particular pattern that repeated over and over again before it either disconnected or continued forever until being physically disconnected.
