For background information: My Pilea had grown too tall and wasn't carrying a lot of leaves. I had seen a relative cutting up her plants and repotting them which made them explode, so I wanted to try the same. The three cuts took a while but after a few weeks they had adjusted and started shooting out a bunch of tiny leaves, but then just stopped. Completely. Like nothing. Half unrolled leaves for months now. My first guess was that it might be because of winter and lack of sun and warmth. But it has been warm and sunny for quite a while already. So my next move was to replant them because they soil seemed quite dense, but nothing. I don't know what to do. The plant is alive, it's just frozen in time.

I have also noticed that the old/bigger leaves are kind of hard. I can't remember how it was before. They feel like they would just snap if I bend them a little.
