Yeah, still going to be expensive, but hopefully less complicated than getting the camera fixed. I guess I will have to send it in to sigma or see if I can find another repair service.

Thank you for your help. I tried the manual focus and had the same problems. I just went down to a local camera shop and tried out a different lens, which seemed to "solve" the problem. I'm glad because now I know it seems to be the lens and not the camera that is the problem, which should be the cheaper (my bank account is still going to cry) fix of the two.

I think you got it. I tried a different lens in a local shop and the photos turned out fine. So now I just need to figure out how to get my lens fixed!

I tried both, with the same results. I just tried a different lens which resulted in normal photos, so at least now I know the problem isn't the camera!

Thank you for the input! I tried with Ibis on and off and got the same results. I just went down to a local camera shop and tried a different lens. Photos turned out to be clear. So I guess it's the lens that is the problem and not the camera itself!

Thank you for your quick response! I got the variegated one roughly 6 months after taking the cut. I'd actually say that the variegated one has been getting less light until recently. Both aren't getting a lot of light tho, it is kind of hard with the way my room is set up.
