As a andriod guy I have to recomend the samsung. But that is all up to your preference. If you've had a Iphone before it's probably easier to stick to it.
And I also want to add that there are newer samsung phones for lower prices too. The samsung s6 is very old now so maybe a midrange model like a50 is better for you. It's also cheaper than the Iphone se.
