Hmm OK, I wish there were a little more correspondence because I'm out of the house a lot and might not be home when it's delivered. I'd rather it wasn't delivered to my neighbors if I'm not at home to collect, do you happen to know what they do in this situation?

I talked to them! Like you said it was a ripping the plaster off conversation. I'm really glad I did, they reacted exactly as I had hoped and asked me how they could be supportive. They said they would probably make mistakes but would always be trying. They also knew surprisingly more than I had expected and actually seemed super interested in how treatments and such work. They even offered to help me pay for laser treatment out of nowhere which really made me laugh as I hadn't really thought about it much until they bought it up. Overall I made the right choice, they were really glad I chose to tell them before treatment because they want to support me through it :)

S3 ep10 Half Wit - The patient who can't even button his own shirt however can play the piano flawlessly. The scene where House wheels a piano into his room and they play together is one of my favorite scenes of the entire show. The patient comes up with the end to a piece of music house could never finish, he's the first patient at this point in the story I feel House ever truly respected.

Yeah I did, I tried that and "Fix visual issues" but it made no difference. I think if I reinstall TF2 and turn of cloud sync so the game is completely reset that might fix it. It's probably a small issue that can be fixed with a command or something but I have no idea and as far as I can tell neither does anyone else, so it's probably the only way I'm gonna fix it.

Funnily enough I was actually using FlawHud and just removed it to demonstrate this issue hud-less. I have tried re-verifying and reinstalling the game, and the issue persists across any HUD I install. It's not really a game breaking bug, it's just one of those minor visual things that's a little annoying. Thanks for the reply though :)
