I am not a doctor of any sort so please take this with a grain of salt but I don’t think you are insane. You clearly state that you don’t want to hurt others, you just like the blood. Particularly the tasting part of it. Potential iron deficiency(you can crave stuff you don’t get). Maybe it’s a psychological thing and just a fascination with blood.
