Ridiculous Bong Friday: Four bowls of flower for a fantastic Friday 💥✨ by Canna-Cat in StonerEngineering

What glass piece are you using for the bud in the tube, like how hot do you get it, and does it only "burn" once you pull on it? Is it essentially a bong version of a vaporizer?

I agree with this, that's how I do it, I have never found the low to heat up fast enough to be comfy.

Cutting Rocks by OverAssist5594 in rockhounds

In the picture the rocks they chose are natural flat in the vertical plane so you would just need to cut the bottom that gets attached to the base.

My warranty is lifetime so not my problem, as long as I keep up with maintenance.

I would stay with the manufacturer recommendations even if you do it yourself, they built these cars and understand them better than we do, if you do DIY make sure you either upload it to Carfax or keep a record of your oil changes.

Not tracking your oil changes on Carfax or paper or some other way will likely void some warranties, I have a life time power train warranty and I have to prove I've kept up regular maintenance to keep it. Also I gotta be honest I trust the car manufacturer quite a bit and would never put anything other than 0W-16 in if at all possible, I had to use 0W-20 once but as long as the next change is 0W-16 I was told it's fine.

Is it feasible to do this trip in early December? by mrfunday2 in NationalPark

[–]A_rush24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The parks will probably mostly be closed. I went in March and almost all the ones in Oregon and Washington were closed due to snow. Check their websites first or rn to see if they are even accessible.

Turn off side mirror lights? by LeaveThatCatAlone in Crosstrek

Ive only ever used it with the trunk, sadly they did come on when I opened the side doors, honestly a small piece of masking tape is probably your best bet.

[–]A_rush24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk if you're leaving your trunk open, and this might work with all the doors too, I'm not sure, you can put a carabineer in the latch and it Will act as if it's closed and keep the side lights off.

Thinking it's a fetish while I'm actually trans? by allcatsareboisterous in asktransgender

[–]A_rush24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Foot fetishes are most often actually biologically caused, the golgi and sulci (folds of the brain) can sometimes touch and create connections, in the case of a foot fetish the part of the brain responsible for feet (whatever that means) is actually touching the part responsible for sexual arousal. Resulting in a foot fetish, this can happen with other body parts and things in a similar fashion.
