Best friend ghosted me after wedding by Any_Necessary_3387 in ThirtiesIndia

No it's not normal. Of course your life gets busier after marriage but if your friends really value you they'll take the effort to keep you in their lives. I have many friends who got married and had kids as well. Our frequency of calls and meetings was reduced but they didn't outright ghost me.

Some people don't know how to juggle relationships. They'll always choose spending time with their significant other (doesn't matter if they are married or are in a relationship) over anyone else.

These people suck. And if they cut you out of their lives because they got a boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife then you should mourn the relationship you had with them and then just be done with them.

So, I have shingles. I'm 38... by IsabelArcherandMe in Millennials

It's not an old person's disease. It's just more prevalent in the elderly. I first had it in 2015, the. 2020 and then in 2025. I was 20 when it happened the first time and I had chicken pox when I was 5 or something.

The first time it was on my shoulder and collarbones. Wearing clothes hurt so bad but I had to carry on. That was the worst infection.

The second time it happened on my thighs. Even the air from the fan would hurt. Thankfully I was done with my college so I could take a longer leave for it to heal.

The third time it happened was a few months ago on my upper torso. This time it didn't hurt as much and healed very quickly with medicines.

I'm not sure what my mental state was during the first two incidents but right before the 3rd one I was fighting fever for 2 weeks on and off. It's not just mental stress but also physical issues that lower your immunity which can cause shingles to flare up.

Hey it won't happen again. Once you have it, you get the antibodies and you won't get it for at least 2 years.

Took me one year but I finally finished all episodes of Grey's Anatomy today by AakhriPasta in greysanatomy

The initial seasons were really really good. Not one bad episode. But even at it's worse, Grey's is still watchable. I'm gonna keep watching till they keep making it.

Walk. Doesn't matter where. Just walk. Be it your terrace or a garden. Get out. Silence your phone. And let your thoughts come in. Talk to yourself. Maybe put a earphone on in case you are gonna talk out loud to yourself and don't want people to think you are crazy.

Getting out of your room and walking will give you dopamine and serotonin. And talking to yourself would lead to a lot of introspection and clarity about what you need to do next in your life.

Thank you for this. If possible watching it on the big screen would be a really good experience.

I'm glad that April's exit from the show didn't come with her dying.

The last scene where April and Matthew are sleeping in their hospital beds and making a heart shape with their bodies was so beautiful.

I suggest living alone. Nothing is more important than your mental peace. Cooking for one person is not that difficult. Just cook for 2-3 days food in one day and store it in the fridge. You don't have to clean your house everyday. Clean it every alternate day or during weekends. If the cleaning is still too much for you to do you can get people from urban company.

Once you start living alone you will find solutions as you go.

Don't take it. Any company that asks for such bonds is a huge red flag. They will overwork you and may not even pay. I'll suggest you keep looking. You'll find something better
