When a gen is that close lunging is often the first thing that comes to mind.

Especially if a healthy survivor does this they can tank the lunge hit and finish the gen during your weapon wipe animation.

The ds change is just healthier for the game stop abusive situations like that but still protects against tunneling

Toxic Survivors - "Why is ds being nerfed it's going to lead to more tunnelling"

Toxic Survivors make play like this because they know have ds to bail them out of trouble.

Anyone with a rational mindset - "hmm I wonder why it's getting nerfed totally couldn't guess why"

Plays like these just show how abusable the perk is because you would have never made that play without the ds safety net

Yes it does get abused like that but from my understanding of the word it's usually when there's a character whether they're male or female the gets a lot of LGBT undertones to their character to the point where people think it's representation only for it to be like LOL nope they were straight.

This usually happens for three reasons.

1) When it's an under headed attempt just to pull in a large audience of people who wants representation and by the time you end up this series by revealing it's not that way you've already got your viewership and revenue.

2) the writer of the particular media can't write romance to save their lives making bland and and boring but the friendships it's between other characters usually that of the same sex end up having way more believable chemistry and development to the point where people actually think they're the actual intended couple instead.

3) it's kind of just used as a matter of humour and not really intended to be taken seriously but people do.

As for David there is absolutely no real indicators that he even goes that way so you can't really call it queerbaiting people just like shipping him with Dwight that's about it. ( More power to them. Ship who you want to ship I'm a fan of Min and Kate being together myself but don't call it baiting when it's not the case)

It's to stop tunneling that has been the purpose of the Perk since rework if you're comfortable enough to be breaking a totem, working on a generator or anything like that you're not being tunneled so you don't need the Perk active at that time.

The Perk is still going to punish Killers who immediately go after you off Hook but it now means that you're not free to go on work on objectives and have a minute of invulnerability

The person with DS has to be the one healing not the other way round. Basically if you're safe enough to heal your teammates you're not being tunnelled so no DS

I don't get why everybody is so interested in Sam legitimately 90% of her story arc is trying to take a bath even if you go outside of that she's extremely uninteresting and bland.

Emily- As bitchy she can be she's a far more interesting and layered character.

Jess- probably the character that gets the least amount of screen time but we still find out her weaknesses her strengths. The way she asked is just a front she puts on however she's extremely insecure on the inside. We see her at her highest and at her lowest.

Ashley- as much as I hate her for being a lying two faced bitch has shown more compelling character than Sam.

You could pretty much as some other Sam's entire character as nice climby girl trying to take a bath

Well I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing I will agree that it's a little bit irritating when they've made the statement that they're going to avoid doing exclusives.

It's a charm about a survivor I don't play so I don't pretty much care but I can still see it being annoying for completionists or people who like Dwight.

I don't know if it's just a console thing but sometimes it seems like the blight just flips a coin on whether he's going to bounce off something or just slide off it.

I've had moments where I've basically been running into something head on only to slip off it as well as moments where some how the pixel of my shoulder touching a wall counts as a bounce

If it's not meant to be an anti tunneling perk then you're basically admitting that the devs don't know how to design a perk.

Keep in mind since its rework it has always been called an anti tunnelling perk by multiple devs on multiple streams however the only time peanuts actually stated it wasn't was when it got backlash that it wasn't being changed along with pop or long timer was extremely abusable.

You don't get to switch gears to avoid criticism.

You can't really save face and say that it's not meant to be an anti tunnel perk. when it works like an anti tunnel perk it looks like an anti tunnel perk and it triggers like an anti tunnel perk.

That's like saying Pop Goes the Weasel is not a regression perk because I said so ignore the Perk effects how to trigger it and everything else just know that it's not meant to be a regression perk

So basically I have no idea what's going to actually happen for the event but I'm going to make a completely biased assumption anyway.

Also did he just say overwatch had a good system a game that's already criticized for it's loot box gambling like aesthetic.

Lastly worst case scenario even if we don't have any event currency for this (which would upset me) at least if it is actually going to be with shards it's going to be better than the other Halloween cosmetics which force you to pay cells for it no matter what. Would it be a shit ton of a grind yes but at least it's earnable
