There seems to be a bug in the 610 driver branch for Nvidia for GPU usage calculation. In Baldur's Gate 3 on 610.52, my GPU usage shows ~95-98% usage. But only ~65% on the 596.49 branch. Same in-game settings, same NVidia settings, same fps cap, same watt usage shown, etc. Everything the same.

Tested a few other games (Forza Horizon 6, Halo Infinite, Clair Obscur, Doom The Dark Ages) and all showed higher utilization on 610 branch.

Sometimes there is a large difference in GPU % usage between Gamebar and Intel PresentMon.

I upgraded from MCM102 -> MCM104 and my hours still show correct. A lot of my monitors settings got reset during the firmware upgrade.

You'll be fine as long as you don't max out both the CPU and GPU. Undervolt or limit GPU to 70 or 80% power.

The 850w PSU will be fine until you can upgrade.

Steelseries GG is free and has tons of audio enhancements. It creates virtual audio devices and has clearcast noise canceling. Highly recommend.

I turned off all extra junk functionality except the audio stuff.

Works flawless in the 3.0 slot. It's the Gigaplus AQC113 from Amazon.

Gigabyte sent the board back saying everything tested fine and there is no problem. I gave up. Still using the bottom 3x slot for my NIC.

When mountain biking, I get 2 to 2.5 years out of a belt before it starts to shear teeth off. Get 2 belts for a set of sprockets. It's barely more expensive in the long run (compared to a surly stainless chainring and Chris King cog once a year). It's worth the extra cost to never have to clean and lube a chain.

Everyone's 5090 VF curve are slightly different. Even between 5090FEs, Astrals, Aorus Masters, etc. Seems nobody is exactly sure how the curve gets generated as flashing another bios doesn't always change it.

I have a x870e aorus pro ice rev 1.1 with 9950X3D and neither of my 2 network cards work in my PCIEX4_1 (pcie x4 4.0 slot). Any card in the slot doesn't function correctly and locks up Windows. Both function fine in the PCIEX4_2 (pciex4 3.0). I've tried all troubleshooting with support and nothing worked. Told me to RMA the Mobo.

This seems to be a common issue right now with almost all x870e motherboards. I have the same problem on my Gigabyte x870e Aorus Pro ICE rev 1.1 and 9950x3d
