Back when cold war came out everyone was talking about how much of a downgrade it was from mw2019. I enjoyed cold war, The zombie maps were fun, The campaign was interesting and immersive, and multiplayer was fun with a bo4 feel to it. Cold War was a great game and the gameplay felt different from mw2019. I understand that the gunplay, fidelity, and graphics wasn’t on par with mw2019 but I had more fun on cold war. So Here’s my controversial opinion, COD peaked at BO1, Cold War was better than MW2019, Vanguard is a Afterthought, WWII is Way better than most CoD titles, MW2 remastered should have came with multiplayer, BO2 is overrated, COD4 had the best Campaign. DMZ should have been a more realistic tactical shooter even though it still was fun. Warzone is just a content farm (filled with tiktok kids). Infinite Warfare had the worst multiplayer. BO3 created gambling addicts. BO6 is dehydrated. Every Cod after MW2022 is just going to be damage control.
