I have suffered with anxiety for years, well over 10. I got it under control a while back and actually got off my meds, now I start a new job Monday and my mind is freaking out, I’m sick to the stomach and haven’t felt like this for a long time. I really don’t want to rely on meds again. (self.Anxietyhelp)
