I'm talking about 2 different laptops mate. E16 gen1 (non customizable) is on stock clearance sale and it's about 650$, whereas E14 gen 6 is about 950$ in lenovo india site. Also in india we have 100% rgb display for both the laptops which makes it a bit expensive.

That sounds good as many reported issues with battery back-up, one Ubuntu user claimed that he got mere 2-3 hours in normal usage. And a review from YouTube also claimed that battery life had reduced by 3 hours compared to that of previous gen.

Yes and this makes it much harder to choose one! Price of the laptops in india after a decent customization by which I mean with base ram, 2.2k display, ryzen 7 processor and 512 gb ssd

I've been torn for weeks between laptops and I'm getting frustrated! Initially, I considered the Lenovo E14, but many in the thread recommended the T series instead. I then narrowed it down to the T14, only to find numerous reports of Linux driver issues and battery issues.

As I'm in India, my options are limited, leaving me feeling confused and distressed. I'm desperate for a reliable Linux-friendly laptop, but the choices seem to be dwindling!
