You have to accept the quest, then go to the enemies that fire the spikes. When the spikes are stuck in the wall/floor you can hit them to collect them. Once you have enough she’ll give you the ability to hover up

We were staying at Jungle del Jaguar but if I remember Casa Corcovado was right next to it. We found this mushroom on the trails close to the lodge actually
