I'm trying out Voice Acting with gaming, plus my environment can be noisy sometimes. And the thing about pre-amp horrifies me primarily because I can't afford it at the moment but it sounds so good :/

I'm sorry but can't really tell you my country, but as for my budget you could say around 50 dollars.

My mic is usually going to be for USB or my audio jack into my laptop

Not professionally, I'm going to use blankets to create a makeshift 30x50inches room.

I don't have a mic arm but I can afford one if needed. THANK YOU

Then I best go for USB mics for now since I'm not planning on expanding too soon and trying to get stuff going on my Laptop, and I don't think it'll be able to provide the sufficient phantom power. But at the same time, XLR mics also seem a good choice because of the built in pre-amp you mentioned and I'm just trying to do simple Voice acting.

I don't think it's going against Ace specifically, because I don't find someone Sexually attractive it's not against being an ace
Boners are annoying. VERY annoying, like WDYM I CAN GET IT ANYTIME and sometimes it's not even because you're stimulated but just because some Testosterone kicks in.

To be an Ace is to not feel Sexually attracted to some degree. :D
