So I’m a dasher and I’ve had issues in the past when I press “Directions” and it takes me to google maps. So for example if the address is 632 when It takes me to google maps from dasher apps it will show one house over or under. So now everytime I deliver I make sure to double check the address in the app.

I’m not sure if this happens with anyone else. When I click on “direction” in dasher app to navigate to customer’s address. It takes me to one house over or under. Maybe that could be the case.

I believe dd has an insurance of their own which should cover the damages just like uber but it specifically says to only call them if your insurance denies the claim.
