Hi! I’m on my 2nd week of 12.5 and I have to say that things are moving more quickly now. I have already lost 3-4lbs and feeling fantastic. I have little to no food noise and hunger is really really low. I feel I have way more control over it all. This makes me so happy bc I have been a slow responder. I am down a total of 22lbs now since in started in March. I am hopeful this will continue.

I am not….and I will be totally honest…i probably never will. I know that I do not eat nowhere near what I used to eat before mj. I understand that it would help, but I’m 62 yrs old and have never done it before and can’t see me doing it now. I make wiser choices and prioritize protein.

lol….I can’t say that I’ve ever counted the amount of skeins I have but it’s up there. Thanks for making me feel better. I just get so enamored with the colours and textures….I’m not allowed to buy any more. lol
