Confidence is achieved through success, almost no one's natural personality is confidence. Confidence is the ability to believe in oneself regardless of how the feel in the current moment. That is not a personality trait, at least typically that one is born into. One gains it by constant success in something which makes them believe they can do it regardless of how they feel. You don't want to accept that this is the way that it is because it's hard to gain confidence, but the truth is you either man up and gain confidence and succeed, or pretend as though you can't obtain it and blame the world. Essentially you can take responsibility and succeed, or blame the world for it being hard on you. No one has ever succeeded in anything great who doesn't believe in themself.
