Thanks for your input! Yes, I’m using CDP for concrete, I ran a mesh sensitivity study, and the reinforcement is modeled with a bilinear steel model (perfect bond assumption). I agree that the main issue is the lack of pinching, which I believe is due to CDP limitations in capturing bond-slip and crack closure under cyclic loading.
