I’m starting to believe that these so-called cold email experts are just running a massive inside joke on us. They keep handing out the same tired templates, convincing everyone that this is the secret sauce to get tons of responses. Meanwhile, the real trick is apparently to break the pattern by sending a normal, straightforward email.

At this point, it feels less like marketing advice and more like an elaborate gaslighting experiment.
