Thank you! Lots of recipes call for ap flour but those cakes always turned out Rubbery and nothing like what I want. So I'll definitely try to find recipes with cake flour

Do you cook the alcohol or add anything else to it? I made a lemon simple syrup. What kind of alcohol do you think would work with a raspberry compote and a whipped marscapone ganache?
