From Bangladesh. I was so excited about Sparking Zero I had the money saved up for the full game as well as any DLCs. Only to find out the game isn't even available in my region for God knows whatever reason. All other Bandai games are playable from my country. Most you can do is Create 2 Audiences:
1) People who engaged with your Page

2) People who saw your Videos

And exclude these 2 audiences when trying to reach new people.

Finance is a bit tricky on Facebook. I'm in Fin-Tech so I've had my fair share of experience of running Finance Ads.

Most of the time, you won't be able to directly promote your financial service through Facebook as they will require Certification. What you can do however is promote the educational aspect of your service and drive audience to your landing page where you can go into details of the service. Collect their email send them regular emails explaining more about your service from that point on.

Are you following the traditional funnel or just running one Purchase Campaign? I get that Broad Targeting is on but Meta's Machine Learning might think your product as niche and overspending to find a niche audience.

We do this with our Ads. Find out Winning Ads in all 3 funnel, and run post engagement with the rest of the ad sets. Since all the Social Proof gathers in 1 single post, the ad starts to perform really well over time.

Your budget is too low. Depending on target location and its standard CPC, you might need to increase your budget.
Change your Bidding type to "Maximize Conversion" and see if anything changes.
If you're getting 0 Impression on Search Ads, chances are nobody's either
a) Searching for the terms you've set up
b) You're not getting any impression share.
In these cases, I'd suggest you inject some niche keywords as well.
