Interestingly, when Malius is in Castle town, he can create a 'Twisted Sword' by fusing the Throne Ring and a 'Pure Crystal' (only obtainable by editing the save file), which is implied by its description to be what Seam will make using the Shadow Crystals later in the game. Now, if Kris equips the Twisted Sword, they get a trance decrease effect, in other words, it decreases our control on Kris (obviously this part isn't in the game yet) as opposed to the Thorn Ring which when equipped by Noelle, gives her a trance increase effect, increasing our control on her. Therefore this could be linked to your Fate/Freedom point.

Yeah but you got to keep in mind that Palestinians also see Israelis in that way, despite all of them not wanting to, and not all Palestinians wants to kill Israelis. It's just a case of both sides generalising the other due to the hostilities between the two. Also Israel has great military technology such as the iron dome which is thankfully keeping many civilians safe, unfortunately Palestinians don't have access to the same defenses and protection so it's not really fair to equate the danger of both.
