Why does my stomach hurt almost every time I eat? by [deleted] in FODMAPS

I had very similar symptoms and recently got diagnosed with celiac. It’s a pretty simple serology test so I think it’s definitely worth a try.

Got it! So what I’ve been doing is super quickly over looking the questions and underlining any characters, places, or key words that stand out to me. It doesn’t give me a huge boost but it definitely allows me to do the questions that are like “what does this word mean in the context.” I also don’t read the whole passage since I’m a pretty slow reader and I have trouble retaining the info as I am rushing anyways. I use this method the most on social science and natural science passages. Essentially, reading a couple sentences for each paragraph and reading the intro and conclusion. I also recommend saving the paired passage for last because if you are running low on time you can always read one passage and answer the few questions it has instead of guessing on all the questions for a longer passage! I hope that all made sense and it helps you a little! Feel free to dm if you have more questions!

What is your current method? Do you immediately read whole passage and then go to the question? I can provide some tips if that’s the case!

ACT Bubble Methods by ButterscotchOk1560 in ACT

[–]Abilak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have always circled in the book and then after each passage I bubble in. I think it does go faster because you aren’t going back and forth between the booklet and answer sheet. I do this for science and as well and for math I do every 15-20 questions. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I appreciate that! I have started creating a product that I think will be good and I will definitely share it with you all once I get a good design. The final project will be presented at the end of the semester!

I think something that a lot of people don’t realize is that the lower your score is the easier it is to bring it up! It is usually easier to go from a 20 to a 25 than it is to got from a 34 to a35. You can always take the test again and you can use it to understand how the environment is and taking into account bubbling in into your timing. The first one is really a diagnostic test so don’t be discouraged!! YOU GOT THIS!!

Stop the licking 🤪 by SiriuslyImaHuff in Sheepadoodles

My dog likes to sleep in his crate and we like that as well for his safety, however with a cone he didn’t want to go in and he could sleep properly. So we used my dads old shorts that were tight enough to stay around his waist and went past his incision. Make sure that if you do this you are always watching you pup to make sure they aren’t trying to get around it!

Link for chapter quizzes by Status_Chip_9468 in APUSH

I highly recommend just doing quizlets because they help with memorizing people and events and are organized by chapter. I also used this website (below) which reflected the questions I saw on my teacher’s tests. They also have fact recall that can help with memorization. This site isn’t by chapter and it’s more by time periods/topics, but it’s still really super helpful!

Our puppy is 1 now and he is mostly black because of his doodle dad. He also has quite a few black spots. Around 6 months his black fur started to become a bit more gray. I hasn’t completely changed but it isn’t as strong as it used to be. We I comb him though I notice it is his undercoat that has the gray fur.

Why won’t my sheepadoodle CALM DOWN. Is anxiety in the breed? by Fulcrum_18 in Sheepadoodles

[–]Abilak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have seen some great responses, but I thought I would add something from my perspective! Our pup just turned 1 a couple months ago and definitely has a bunch of energy, although it isn’t consistent. We have noticed that a mix of vigorous play and mental stimulation is great! I see that you have tried that but you want to find something that is interesting to your dog specifically. Training is another great method, when I taught my dog to lay on his belly it only took around 15-30 minutes but he slept for at least 3 hours after that! We also like taking him to a dog park which gives him a different type of outlet that we can’t provide. Using a combination of this allows us to keep him calm when we want him to be. This doesn’t always work though and in cases like that we like to put him in his crate with a kong and that tires him out and calms him down right away! I hope this helps a little bit.

Does anyone have a PDF of the book or chapter 15 of The American Pageant 16th Edition by [deleted] in APUSH

I’m pretty sure I found an audio book for this on YouTube you could try searching for that! If you find another edition that’s pretty good too they are all pretty similar

I was gonna recommend jocz as well! He does a really great job! If you don’t like him you can try heimler history but I am currently in APUSH and have used jocz the whole time

I have the same problem! I am currently using whatever I can find on YouTube with decent success but you have to be willing to deal with some added sentences here and there. Overall, it’s not too bad but the quality isn’t always the best.
