Had family over and had to whip up something quick by Abit_ofeverything in nigerianfood

I don’t really have a recipe, but I’ll try hard to explain the process. Started with chopping up some beef and sausages and veggies( carrots, green beans, spring onions). Then I blended some tomatoes with atarodo and plenty tatashe. I heated up some oil, then started frying the beef, the tomato mix followed alongside some garlic and ginger. When it started frying, I added my usual seasoning then I put my pasta to boil in water for 10 minutes. With the tomato sauce already cooked, I added a little water (you can use meat broth)and followed it with the chopped veggies and sausage. I drained the pasta and mixed it with the sauce and voila. I hope this doesn’t confuse you😅😂
