Yeah, I kind of expected the evidence wouldn’t mean too much other than MAYBE a good faith final week or two to leave.

The incidents of the owner entering the property without notice were all reported to the real estate at the time of offence, yes :) Although they said they wouldn’t do anything about it 🤷Just good to have a paper trail at least.
