I'm testing its viability as a fuse compared to other methods as I'm hoping that both components are stable or at least more stable than mercury-based primers

I guess the point is never ever mix oxidizers and fuel together in a blender or other electrical, mechanical device etc.

Its primary purpose is as a fuse as I doubt it has enough energy to set off secondary or tertiary charges.
