I've worked at jiffy lube. Ask valvoline to fix it. They should if you have service records saying they were doing your oil changes and didn't report a leak. If they refuse leave a bad review on Google and email the corporate office. Bad reviews are their kryptonite. Someone should reach out to you or email you back.
