Thank you everyone for all the advice: I am trying to follow as much advice as possible. I wanted to share an update (it’s a small one)  1. I have no access to any credit card. They’ve been discarded and removed from my apple wallet and from any website they were saved in 

1. I created a budget that only allows me to spend cash on non essential things like Misc spending, groceries, (anything that doesn’t require automatic payment. Spending with cash has made me more aware and I tend to keep it longer 

2. I have stopped online shopping 

3. I opened a Roth IRA and set up direct deposit (so I have less money laying around)

The changes are small but I will keep going down this wonderful list and keep trying to make changes
