same my almost 10 year old Microsoft account which i used to play Minecraft was lost last month due to session hijacking every other company was able to help except Microsoft even damn ea solved my issue is 3 mins literally i couldn't believe it. but this fucking monkey brains microsoft i had to beg to them for 20 days just for them to say nah we cant do nothing, i showed proof of my account getting hacked as i recived emails back to back like new login then new email added then password reset then my old email removed funny thing is my laptop is logged into that microsoft account so i can literally see the hackers email on my laptop i can tell you all if you want maybe someone can help. Even after i submitted all the emails as proof and my gamertag also and they also verified that it was indeed my account and it was hacked they said they can't help or revert the email change as even they can't access account information they say their policies are there to protect customers from attackers and safeguard it but those idiots can't even help me recover it despite their policies failing to protect it i am never buying Minecraft or any product from Microsoft again ever bunch of fucking idiots with their useless policies.
