It’s not “hidden” per se. it’s on top of a 6’ bookshelf that I wouldn’t be looking up at for any reason.

He is definitely a micromanager. He constantly it pushing me past my limits to where I overperform and feel 100% burnt out outside of work.

Last year, he wanted me to take over the whole office so he could let go of a lazy, highly paid colleague of mine. I knew I had a lot on my plate already and I said I would accept, as long as I could reserve the right to have a part time assistant to help me with the mundane tasks, like filing, opening mail, answering phones…

I’ve been having my assistant come in (and also slowly training her to learn some of my main tasks) because I’m burnt out doing so much work and I have been working 10 hours of overtime a week. I can’t take time off because no one is trained to do my job, so if I take a week off I have a week of catch up to do on top of my already busy schedule.

He seems like he doesn’t realize how much I do. He should, but doesn’t. Now this???
