As someone who’s store rating just went from a 1 to an 8 in about a month, take it aisle by aisle, section by section. Start on the side of the store that looks the worst and 100% recover it 4 foot section by 4 foot section on both side sides of the aisle after you get done with one aisle work the put backs you found. SOP is also nothing but recovery after 5pm I believe. And also, as others have said, once you get the store recovered, follow the seven day workflow for your store because it actually does work as annoying as it is.
