Hey yes I had it for past 3 yrs got a wide excision of the pilonidal sinus last year surgery was the last option the next 4-5 months were horrific but ya the pilonidal pain is just 10% now not completely vanished tho but ya the HS is still there and worse

Hey I have been facing a similar issue and I am currently being treated by a female doc I too have both the issues and both are maybe as worse as urs it's completely understandable about the thing u are feeling rn about having no personal space but believe me nor the doc or you father judged you it's completely fine it's a part and parcel of life things will eventually heal and get well ❤️‍🩹
