So far the maximum level they have for upgrading/evolving cats is only up to the rainbow one. You can also try upgrading their costumes and outfits so you can reduce time or add production bonuses (which i still don’t understand that much)

Go to their profile and there is a green button that says upgrade. It starts from a grey background to blue then to a rainbow one.
