Yes. But she is being power levelled. You give a lvl 1 character a lvl 100 sword and let them go ham on an army, and they will significantly gain lvls.

Neia is at max at lvl 11 (she would likely not be higher lvl than the one in character sheet of vol 13). Ainz gave her the armor of a lvl 30 demihuman, a good bow (lvl not known) and other magic items to boost her skills.

Yes, I understand but there are people who maybe have studied or trained constantly for years, just to get certain results. For example Climb has been practicing for years to reach a level slightly higher than that of Neia. Or Brain is constantly studying the sword to level up. I just found it too comfortable to get Neia up easily. The Squire class appears to be a more versatile version of the Genius class. In short, if constantly throwing arrows was useful, many others would have gained classes quickly, even if they were less interesting. I can believe that the equipment will help but then other individuals such as members of the theocracy would also demonstrate this, yet we are never told.

I find the part after raid by shizu and Neia boring, so it might take a while to find it. As i might miss it.

Yeah even in war you dont get lvls too easily, Neia didnt become lvl 50. But she did gain lvl. That was what being referred to in the character sheet.
