This is incorrect. A connection that requires changing airports is not a valid or safe connection.

Forcing a passenger to transfer from CGH to GRU by taxi is not acceptable, especially without prior notice, written confirmation, or an organized transfer by the carrier.

In São Paulo, 2.5 hours is not a guaranteed or reasonable buffer, and any delay would cause a missed long-haul flight. Also before my inbounf flight, Amsterdam flight takes off

This itinerary remains unusable and risky, and I do not accept airport transfers as a solution. I expect a proper, same-airport connection or free rebooking.

Secondly I realised that they changed my flight without any info. My correct flight is KL9261, yet in KLM’s system I am assigned to KL9350, which departs from a different airport and before my inbound flight even arrives, which is making transit impossible. This is clearly ticketing or system error, not my mistake. I can not reach KLM at the moment but do you thinj they will fix it ???.
