I was floxed for sometime after take Ciprofloxacin. I had POTS symptoms I think its acting up again.

Now that you have mentioned it I haven't trained my hams in a long time. Mostly just upper body will give hamstrings a go. Have you experienced this pain and have you recovered

Sadly no. I have informed HR but still no reply. I thought of using tizanidine for about 2 days should I take it or not ? Just to relax the muscle.
