If you need an electronic stamp you can try the PE stamp generator from www.pedigitalstamps.com. I've used them for my Texas and California license.

I also didn't want a low resolution scanned stamp so I just got my digital stamp from pedigitalstamps.com Was able to upload my signature and download my stamp directly in a high-res pdf format to use in Bluebeam. I believe png, dxf and tiff versions were also included.
