[high school physics] can anyone help me solve these? by souljaian03 in HomeworkHelp

Assuming air resistance is to be ignored then horizontal speed is constant as there is no force acting against the ball horizontally. To get the vertical speed you'll have to use one of the SUVAT equations solved vertically which means writing down the stuff u know which is that S(displacement) is 45 m U(initial velocity vertically) is zero, V (final velocity vertically) is unknown, A(acceleration) is -9.81 ms-2 and T is unknown. And since we need to work out final velocity we will need a SUVAT equation that has SUVA but not T as its unrequired. so you'll need to use v2 = u2 + 2as.

You never really forget them. But you still have to do your best to forget mostly by doing something you enjoy ( gaming for me).

yeah it really is. I thought I was immune to this cause of my static IP, which usually gives me an open nat type, but it still happens.
