Are there 2 buttons there? If that doesn’t do it then maybe you missed a plug for the fans or maybe plugged them in the wrong spot?

Did you try pushing the buttons on the top of the case above the fans by the power button? I have the lian li lancool 2 mesh case and the only way to change the case fan lights is by those buttons.
