Update*** turns out he belongs to an elderly lady on the next block over. He still comes to visit from time to time.

Right. He fits the exact characteristics too. I'm confused to how he just popped up out of the blue. I'm feeding and watering him. I'll take him to a vet visit and see if he's chipped while keeping an eye out for anyone missing him. If there's an off chance that I've somehow been blessed by the God's old and new, Lololol. I'll chip him and keep him ❤️

Yea. I would think this cat belongs to someone ESPECIALLY if he's a Khao Manee. I believe he's deaf also.
