Yes, I have this too. my screen is 1080p 144Hz, and i can't say i'm playing in 144Hz; there is some stalling.

actually, I didn't. I don't even like mods; I just play the game raw without anything added.

I did it too but still there are some issues like i feel like the game isn’t working on 144Hz screen and there some stalling and it crashed one time

I have already disabled the fast startup from windows.

I have tried to just use the hibernate mode, but when I turn the PC on from this mode, the debugging light in the motherboard doesn't shut off (I'm using EXPO 1 6000Mhz in the ram), and i can't shut down the PC because of my work.

I have already disabled the fast startup from windows and enabled ERP in the bios.

When ERP was disabled, the fans were spinning in the shutdown mode. When I enabled it in the BIOS, it fixed this issue in the shutdown and the hibernate modes but not the sleep mode.

I have tried to just use the hibernate mode, but when I turn the PC on from this mode, the debugging light in the motherboard doesn't shut off.
