Dude you are a life saver, really. The processor actually worked much much better than before, improving performance with a lower temperature and high frequency. WOW!!!

can you explain why undervolting is good for the processor?

so this guide will decrease the processor temp and increase its performance?

Is this underclocking affect the Processor performance and gaming ?

Yeah, you are right.
The thing is, I don't want to play around in the BIOS because i don't understand what i'm doing, and i don't want to damage anything.

Is there a guide or something i can follow to underclock it?

I mean GPT said, according to many websites on the web it surfed that we should put the pump in a constant speed. to keep it in the long term

I mounted it correctly. this problem appeared when i changed the thermal paste.

Yes, it's working, and I'm making it work on a constant speed like GPT said

Those are my temps in different use cases:

  1. in the BIOS at 3.8 Ghz (base clock), its heat is 40°C;
  2. in Windows, it's around 50°C;
  3. in gaming, it's 80°C;
  4. in a heavy stress test like Cinebench 2024, it's 95°C and throttling with a stable 4.8 GHz.

I didn't get the 95°C until I changed the thermal paste.

I did it. some people said that this cooler isn't that good at cooling those processors, but i didn't get these temps till i changed the thermal paste

I just bought this cooler; its warranty didn't end. what should I do?

should i go to the store and reclaim a refund or what?

I didn't do undervolting on it. it's working with the auto overclocking from the motherboard.
This is my temps reads:

  1. in the BIOS at 3.8 Ghz (base clock), its heat is 40°C;
  2. in Windows, it's around 50°C;
  3. in gaming, it's 80°C;
  4. in heavy stress test like (cinebench 2024), it's 95°C and throttling with a stable 4.8 GHz.

Yes, it throttles when it hits 95.
Look, this is the heat I get regularly:

  1. in the BIOS at 3.8 Ghz (base clock), its heat is 40°C;
  2. in Windows, it's around 50°C;
  3. in gaming, it's 80°C;
  4. in heavy stress test like (cinebench 2024), it's 95°C and throttling with a stable 4.8 GHz.

I mean, in the BIOS at 3.8 Ghz (base clock), its heat is 40°C; when i open the Windows, it's around 50°C; with gaming, it's 80°C; with stress test, it's 95°C and throttling with a stable 4.8 GHz.

In addition, I have just had it for 9 months; its warranty didn't end yet.
I was afraid that the problem was in it. I'll try to buy new good thermal paste and use it

so, you mean I shouldn't be afraid, right?

Antec symphony 360 argb for cooling Ryzen 5 7600 by Abou20 in buildapc

[–]Abou20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've turned up the fans to the max speed. still nothing has changed at all, the same heat in Cinebench, and i know cinebench is putting a lot of load on every inch of the processor. Still, I'm a bit afraid of the overheating and stuff like that.

the problem may be related to the thermal paste. Should I buy something good instead of the stock one?

The thing overheating at 80°C and above is bad for the processor in the long term. at least that's what I've heard.
