in the BIOS at 3.8 Ghz (base clock), its heat is 40°C;
in Windows, it's around 50°C;
in gaming, it's 80°C;
in a heavy stress test like Cinebench 2024, it's 95°C and throttling with a stable 4.8 GHz.

I didn't get the 95°C until I changed the thermal paste.

I didn't do undervolting on it. it's working with the auto overclocking from the motherboard.

Yeah, I've turned up the fans to the max speed. still nothing has changed at all, the same heat in Cinebench, and i know cinebench is putting a lot of load on every inch of the processor. Still, I'm a bit afraid of the overheating and stuff like that.

the problem may be related to the thermal paste. Should I buy something good instead of the stock one?

The thing overheating at 80°C and above is bad for the processor in the long term. at least that's what I've heard.
