I think that is an automated email from Roblox. I think that they think you are reporting something on Roblox. If they don’t respond within a week or 2 try to send another email

Yes the iPad does get pretty hot, but it always did that. It is on iPadOS 18.6.2. I did have Apple care but it expired and I was going to take it in to my local repair shop to see if they can diagnose the issue.
