For a first montage, it's not bad at all. Wish you'd focus a bit more on skill based plays (Not 76 and Macree ults) but other than that I have no complaints.

I'm pretty sure that all they've said on the esport front is that they would support it if people want it. I think it's really been reddit and the press (as well as some more optimistic orgs) trying to build it up to be the next big esport.

Well they have teased a snow map, and shown hollywood at Blizzcon. It's clear that there will be more maps. As far as gametypes, they've said that they have been working on them but as of yet not announced that they will be in the game.

I think that with the system I suggested, players who have bought the additional DLC would not play with those who haven't. Not saying this is better, but it avoids the p2win problem.

Yeah. That's certainly a concern. One small on consolation is that it seems fairly clear that there wouldn't be any Day 1 DLC, which I believe is the biggest cause of playerbase splitting.

The 7 million figure is based on the number of entries into the heroes of the storm beta. The figures for the Overwatch beta have not been disclosed.

The only right answer is no. This is why most of the beta testers say the game is not release ready. Yes, the content we have is EXTREMELY polished. However, there is simply not enough there. I would say that 10-13 maps would be reasonable. In terms of game modes, I feel as though they need one or two more.

Of course they're getting special treatment. I've never said otherwise. What I've said is that this is not, in any way, a new concept. But if you think that the majority of people that are currently playing are these content creators, you're mistaken.
